摘要
以环氧树脂E-4221为基体,甲基四氢苯酐(MTHPA)和十二烯基琥珀酸酐(DDSA)为固化剂,偶氮二甲酰胺/二亚硝基五次甲基四胺(ACP-W)、Si—C键非水解型聚醚硅油(GT-693)和纳米SiO2分别作为发泡剂、稳泡剂和成核剂制备了发泡环氧树脂材料。研究了预固化时间、发泡温度、ACP-W和GT-693添加量对发泡材料性能的影响。结果表明:采用70℃预固化1.5 h,125℃发泡2.0 h的固化发泡制度,在纳米SiO2、ACP-W、GT-693质量分数分别为1.5%,5.0%,5.0%的条件下所制备材料的密度为0.33 g/cm^3,压缩强度为8.01 MPa,满足了800 m深度的固体浮力材料的力学性能要求。
The foamed epoxy resin material was prepared by using epoxy resin E-4221 as matrix,methyltetrahydrophthalic anhydride(MTHPA)and dodecenylsuccinic anhydride(DDSA)as curing agent,and using azodicarbonamide/dinitroso pentamethylene tetramine(ACP-W),Si—C bond non-hydrolyzable polyether silicone oil(GT-693)and nano-SiO2 as blowing agents,foam stabilizer and nucleating agent,respectively.The effects of pre-cure time,foaming temperature,addition of ACP-W and GT-693 on the properties of foamed materials were studied.The results show that the prepared material has the density of 0.33 g/cm^3 and the compressive strength of 8.01 MPa under curing foaming system of pre-curing at 70℃for 1.5 h and foaming at 125℃for 2.0 h,with the addition amount of nano-SiO2 of 1.5%,the mass fraction of ACP-W of 5.0%and the mass fraction of GT-693 of 5.0%.It satisfies the mechanical properties of solid buoyancy materials with the depth of 800 m.
