PE/改性水滑石阻燃复合材料的制备及性能研究 被引量:6

摘要 采用低相对分子质量聚丁烯(LMPB)对具有阻燃性能的水滑石进行表面包覆改性制备改性水滑石,通过熔融共混法分别制备聚乙烯(PE)/水滑石阻燃复合材料和PE/改性水滑石阻燃复合材料,探讨水滑石及改性水滑石含量对阻燃复合材料的加工性能、力学性能、阻燃性能及微观形貌的影响。结果表明:由于LMPB的增容和增塑作用,改性水滑石在PE基体中的分散良好,且与PE基体的界面黏结作用增强,PE/改性水滑石阻燃复合材料的各项性能均优于PE/水滑石阻燃复合材料。 The modified hydrotalcite was prepared by coating low molecular weight polybutene(LMPB).Then the PE/hydrotalcite composites and PE/modified hydrotalcite composites were prepared using melt blending.The hydrotalcite and modified hydrotalcite content effect on the processability,mechanical properties,flame retardancy and microstructure of the flame retardant composites was investigated.The results show that the modified hydrotalcite has fine dispersion in PE matrix,and the interface adhension between modified hydrotalcite and PE matrix is improved owing to the compatibilization and plasticization of LMPB.Thus the performance of the PE/modified hydrotalcite composites is better than that of the PE/hydrotalcite composites.
