吹塑级大中空专用料TR571M的质量改进 被引量:3

摘要 分析测试了高密度聚乙烯树脂大中空专用料TR571M的相对分子质量及其分布、力学等性能,并与进口树脂对比,找出TR571M冲击性能低和耐堆码性差的原因。结果表明:熔体流动速率(MFR)偏高,平均相对分子质量较低,是造成TR571M性能差的原因。经改进后,TR571M冲击性能显著提高,达到了下游客户的要求。 The relative molecular weight,distribution and mechanical properties of high density polyethylene resin TR571M were analyzed and tested.Compared with imported resin,the cause of low impact resistance and poor stacking resistance of TR571M resin was found.The results show that the high melting index and low average molecular weight are the main reasons for the processing problems of TR571M resin;and the impact properties of TR571M resin are improved significantly to meet the requirements of downstream customers by improved technique.
