极低密度聚乙烯热收缩膜的性能分析 被引量:3

摘要 采用茂金属催化剂自制了用于热收缩膜的极低密度聚乙烯(VLDPE),并选取典型的同类进口产品,针对基本物理性能、分子链结构及聚集态结构进行对比分析。结果表明:自制的VLDPE密度小于0.915 g/cm^3,与进口VLDPE相比,自制VLDPE的力学性能更优异,且其共聚单体含量高,相对分子质量分布宽,主链上含有较多短支链,提高了VLDPE产品耐撕裂性能和抗冲击性能。 An ultra low density polyethylene(VLDPE)for heat shrinkable film was prepared by metallocene catalyst.The basic physical properties,molecular chain structure and aggregate structure of VLDPE and two imported products were compared and analyzed.The results show that the density of selfmade VLDPE is less than 0.915 g/cm^3,and the mechanical properties of it are better compared with imported VLDPE.The selfmade VLDPE copolymer has higher monomer content,wider relative molecular mass distribution and more short branched chains in the main chain,which improve the tear resistance and impact resistance of VLDPE products.
