摘要
用调制差示扫描量热技术(MDSC)对3种聚烯烃进行了分析测试,主要针对MDSC试验过程中的调制周期、调制振幅和平均升温速率进行了优化,并介绍了具体的优化方法。结果表明:60 s是一个合理的调制周期,温度调制振幅为0.75~1.00℃时达到了最好的效果,测试结晶度时,调制升温速率选1.0℃/min,测试玻璃化转变温度选2.0℃/min。
Three kinds of polyolefins were analyzed by modulated differential scanning calorimeter(MDSC)and the modulation period,modulation amplitude and average heating rate were optimized during the MDSC test.The specific optimization methods were introduced.The results show that modulation period of 60 s is reasonable and is the best when the modulation amplitude is 0.75~1.00℃.For testing the crystallinity,the modulation heating rate is 1.0℃/min.As for the glass transition temperature test,the modulation heating rate is 2.0℃/min.
