摘要
设计了一副1模8腔双层叠层热流道注塑模具。模具为双开模面同步打开双层模结构,开模机构由上下层双齿条+齿轮驱动型机构。模具模板的开闭、装配定位都采用导柱导套配合形式来实施,有利于提高模具的整体装配精度和模具开闭时模板运动的稳定性。顶出机构采用油缸驱动顶出板来实施塑件的最终顶出脱模。侧抽芯机构采用油缸驱动弯销来实施先抽芯机构。采用外加热式热流道嘴及流道板来对延长流道实施加热,保证了料流流动的充分性。
A double-layer hot runner injection mold with 1 mold and 8 cavities was designed.The mold was a double-layer mold structure with double opening surfaces,and the mold opening mechanism was driven by double rack and gear at the upper and lower layers.The opening and closing and assembly positioning of the mold template were implemented by means of guide pillar and guide sleeve,which was used to improve the overall assembly accuracy of the mold and the stability of the template movement when the mold was opened and closed.The ejection mechanism used the cylinder to drive the ejector plate to implement the final ejection and demoulding of the plastic parts.The side core pulling mechanism used the bent pin driven by the oil cylinder to implement the core pulling mechanism first.The external heated hot runner nozzle and runner plate were used to heat the extended runner to ensure the sufficiency of material flow.
