摘要
以丙烯酸(AA)、烯丙基聚乙二醇(XPEG-700)、马来酸酐(MAH)、烯丙基磺酸钠(SAS)为原料,过硫酸铵为引发剂,通过自由基水溶液共聚合成新型碳酸盐阻垢剂。研究了单体、引发剂用量对碳酸盐阻垢剂性能的影响,确定了碳酸盐阻垢剂的合成配方。结果表明,当m(AA)∶m(XPEG-700)∶m(MAH)∶m(SAS)=15.0∶7.0∶6.0∶6.0,引发剂用量占单体质量的0.8%,合成的碳酸盐阻垢剂防垢率达到95%以上。在油田现场应用中,当碳酸盐阻垢剂的加注量不小于25 mg/L时,油田回注水系统的管线结垢情况得到有效控制。
A novel carbonate scale inhibitor was synthesized by free radical water solution copolymerization with the monomers of acrylic acid(AA),allyl polyethylene glycol(XPEG-700),maleic anhydride(MAH),and sodium allyl sulfonate(SAS)with ammonium persulfate as the initiator.The effects of the amounts of monomers and of initiator on the properties of carbonate scale inhibitor were studied,and the synthesis formulation of the carbonate scale inhibitor was identified.The results of study have shown that the inhibition rate can reach more than 95%at the ratio of m(AA):m(XPEG-700):m(MAH):m(SAS)=15.0:7.0:6.0:6.0 when the mass of initiator account for 0.8%of the mass of monomers.After applied at the site of oilfield,the scaling on the pipelines of the water injection system has been put under control effectively with less than 25 mg/L of this carbonate scale inhibitor being added.
