摘要 着重对铜端子与大线径铝导线的超声波焊接进行研究,分析影响铜端子和铝导线焊接性能的主要因素,进而探讨铜端子焊接部位的标准化结构设计,并对该设计方案进行了实验验证。结果表明:适用于120 mm2铝导线超声波焊接的铜端子标准化结构已在批量生产中得到成功验证,这将推动铜端子与大线径铝导线的超声波焊接更广泛地应用在汽车线束领域。 The ultrasonic welding of copper terminal with large gauge size aluminum cable was studied,the main factors affecting welding performance of copper terminal with aluminum cable were analyzed,the standardized structural design of copper terminal at welding area in further was discussed.This design was verified by experiments.The results show that standardized structure of copper terminal suitable for ultrasonic welding of 120 mm2 aluminum cable is successfully verified in series production.It is to promote the wide applying of ultrasonic welding between copper terminal and large gauge size aluminum cable in field of automotive wiring harness industry.
