摘要 在汽车零部件开发过程中,成本优势凸显了产品的竞争力。平台化低成本设计既可以缩短开发周期,又可以降低产品成本。分析了汽车零部件产品的成本构成,工装和材料成本是主要占比。以汽车控制臂为例,从概念初始设计、强度设计、结构优化设计、轻量化设计和工艺优化设计5个阶段的设计过程展开分析。分析表明:在各阶段均以平台化为出发点,保证了工艺一致性;在结构设计和工艺优化阶段,重点考虑工装和材料的通用性,达到降本的目的,为其他同类产品的开发提供了低成本下的平台化设计参考方法。 Cost advantage shows the competitiveness of products in the process of auto parts development.In order to improve the competitiveness of products,platform low-cost design can not only shorten the development cycle,but also reduce the unit price of products.The cost structure of auto parts were analyzed.The cost of tooling and material was the main proportion.An automobile control arm design process of five stages was analyzed,such as conceptual initial design,strength design,structural optimization design,lightweight design and process optimization design.The analysis shows that in each stage,the platform is taken as the starting point to ensure the process consistency.In the structural design and process optimization stage,the universality of tooling and materials is mainly considered to achieve the purpose of cost reduction,which provides a low-cost platform design method for the development of other similar products by discussing the design process of automobile control arm as an example.
