摘要
选用四川野马汽车部分车型使用的塑性车用散热器支撑骨架为研究对象,基于计算机有限元分析技术,对其结构进行有限元力学分析;同时,根据有限元分析结果中所发现的潜在问题,以及基于车用散热器塑性支撑骨架的今后发展,对其主要结构参数展开多目标优化设计。结果表明:塑性车用散热器支撑骨架能满足使用强度和刚度要求;优化后的骨架产品实现轻量化的同时疲劳寿命也得到增强。
Based on the computer finite element analysis technology,the structure of the radiator support frame used in some models of Sichuan YEMA automobile was analyzed.At the same time,according to the potential problems found in the results of the finite element analysis,and based on the future development of the plastic support framework of the vehicle radiator,the multi-objective optimization design of its main structural parameters was carried out.The results show that the support frame of the plastic radiator for vehicle can meet the requirements of strength and rigidity,and the optimized frame product can realize lightweight and enhance the fatigue life.
