汽车盘式制动器MPU现象研究

Research on MPU Phenomenon of Automobile Knuckle Assembly

综述了金属堆积(Metal Pick Up,MPU)产生效应的研究现状和研究进展,汇报了盘式制动器开发过程中观察到的两类MPU现象与相应的解决方案及客户使用建议。在前人研究基础上,通过典型案例研究一定程度量化了制动盘与环境因素对MPU现象的影响,指出了制动盘、制动块、环境、制动系统等对MPU产生的贡献和问题规避方向。

The research status and progress of metal pick up(MPU)effect were reviewed.Two kinds of MPU phenomena observed in the development of the knuckle assembly,corresponding solutions and customer suggestions were reported.On the basis of previous studies,the influence of the knuckle assembly and environmental factors on MPU was quantified to a certain extent through typical case studies.The contribution of brake rotor,pad,environment and brake system to MPU and the direction of problem avoidance were pointed out.
