摘要
目的应用高通量测序技术对胚胎停育的绒毛进行染色体核型分析。方法选取2018年6月~2019年6月于我院就诊的胚胎停育患者52例行清宫术,应用高通量测序技术进行绒毛染色体核型分析。结果染色体核型分析显示,异常染色体30例,其中染色体数目异常24例(80.00%),染色体结构异常6例(20.00%);按年龄分组后发现,随年龄增长,胚胎染色体异常发生率增加,组间比较,差异有显著性(χ^2=10.12,P<0.05)。结论胚胎染色体异常是胚胎停育的主要原因,高龄是胚胎染色体异常的重要原因。
Objective To investigate chorionic karyotype of embryo demise by high-throughput sequencing.Methods A total of 52 embryo-discontinued patients who were performed with curettage in our hospital from June 2018 to June 2019 were selected and high-throughput sequencing technology was used to analyze villous karyotypes.Results Thirty-two of the 52 cases of embryonic demise patients had chromosomal abnormalities,inciuding 24 cases with chromosomal number abnormality and 6 cases with chromosomal sructural abnormality.After grouping by age,it was found that with the increase of age,the incidence of embryo chromosomal abnormalities increased,and the difference was significant between groups(P<0.05).Conclusions Chorionic karyotype abnormality is the main cause of embryo damage.Elder maternal age was an important cause of embryo damage.
