构件安全性鉴定评级方法的探讨

Discussion on the Evaluation Method of Component Safety

结构安全性鉴定是房屋建筑在使用阶段进行安全管理、排除安全隐患的重要手段。判断结构构件的安全性等级是结构安全性鉴定的首要任务。构件的安全性鉴定一般可按承载能力、构造和连接、变形与损伤共同评定,同时也可根据其实际完好程度评定。论文将根据常用的安全性鉴定规范展开深入讨论,并结合实际案例对构件的安全性进行鉴定。最后给出了不同标准鉴定方法的鉴定要点和正确的适用范围。

Structural safety appraisal is an important means of safety management and elimination of hidden dangers in the use stage of building.However,the primary task of structural safety appraisal is to judge the safety level of structural components.The safety evaluation of components can be generally evaluated according to the bearing capacity,structure and connection,deformation and damage,and also according to the actual intactness.In this paper,according to the com monly used safety appraisal standards,we will discuss in-depth,and combine the actual cases to appraise the safety of components.Finally,the key points and the correct scope of application of different standard identification methods are given.
