摘要
目的:评价含有西藏温泉水的修护霜(商品名:珀芙研舒缓保湿修护霜)对于敏感性皮肤的辅助治疗作用和安全性。方法:患者使用珀芙研舒缓保湿修护霜,早晚各1次,连续使用28d。入组前和试验结束时进行乳酸刺痛值评分。同时在入组前和入组第1d、第7d、第28d进行皮肤图像摄取(VISIA)、角质层含水量、经表皮水分丢失(TWEL)无创性客观定量检测,以及同一医生与患者对于皮损疗效的主观评价,记录不良反应。结果:入组34例敏感性皮肤患者,1例失访,3例因刺激反应退出,完成30例。30例患者入组时与出组时乳酸刺痛值在2.5min、5min以及两个时间段之和的总分均存在显著性差异(P<0.05);医师主观皮损评分与患者主观皮损评分存在显著性差异(P<0.05);其中有3例出现红斑、瘙痒及刺痛等刺激反应,发生率为8.82%,停止使用后缓解。结论:珀芙研舒缓保湿修护霜对于敏感性皮肤有一定的辅助治疗作用。
Objective To evaluate the effect and safety of repairing cream(trade name:Biorrier Anti-sensitive Repairing Cream)containing Tibetan thermal spring water on sensitive skin.Methods Subjects used the Biorrier Anti-sensitive Repairing Cream once in the morning and evening for 28 days.Lactic acid stinging scores were noted before enrollment and at the end of the trial.Evaluations were performed before enrollment and on the 1 st,7 th,and 28 th day of enrollment,including the skin image uptake(VISIA),stratum corneum hydration,and transepidermal water loss(TWEL),subjective evaluations of skin lesions and adverse reactions were recorded by the same doctor and patients.Results 34 patients were enrolled,1 patient was lost to follow-up,and 3 patients were withdrawn due to irritation and 30 patients completed the trail.There were statistically significant differences in the total scores of lactic acid stinging values between enrollment and the time of the last follow-up at 2.5 min,5 min,and the sum of the two time periods(P<0.05).There was significant difference between both patients’and doctor’s subjective evaluations(P<0.05).3 cases presented erythema,itching,tingling,the incidence rate was 8.82%,all relieved after discontinuation of use.Conclusion Biorrier Anti-sensitive Repairing Cream has a certain adjuvant effect on sensitive skin.
