负压创面治疗联合局部氧疗在小腿创面修复中的应用效果 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨负压创面治疗技术联合局部氧疗修复小腿创面的效果。方法:选取2017年4月-2018年4月笔者医院收治的小腿创面修复患者164例,根据治疗方法不同将其随机分为两组,对照组采用负压创面治疗技术,研究组应用负压创面治疗技术联合局部氧疗。比较两组患者疗效、创面愈合时间、住院费用、视觉疼痛模拟评分(Visual analogue score,VAS)、满意度、创面愈合率及并发症发生情况。结果:研究组疗效、创面愈合率及满意度高于对照组,创面愈合时间、住院费用、VAS评分及并发症发生率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:负压创面治疗技术联合局部氧疗修复小腿创面疗效显著,值得临床应用。 Objective To investigate the application effect of negative pressure wound therapy combined with local oxygen therapy in the repair of calf wounds.Methods A total of 164 patients with calf wound repair in our hospital from April 2017 to April 2018 were randomly divided into two groups according to different treatment methods.The control group was treated with negative pressure wound therapy and the study group applied negative pressure wound therapy combined with local oxygen therapy.Therapeutic techniques are combined with local oxygen therapy.The efficacy,wound healing time,hospitalization cost,visual analogue score(VAS),satisfaction degree,wound healing rate and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The curative effect,wound healing rate and satisfaction of the study group were higher than those of the control group,while the wound healing time,hospitalization expenses,VAS score and complication rate of the study group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Negative pressure wound therapy combined with local oxygen therapy has a significant effect on the repair of leg wound,which is worthy of clinical application.
