摘要
目的:建立新疆地区男女Arnett分析法的测量正常值,并与广东地区正常[牙合]人群Arnett分析结果比较,为临床上错[牙合]畸形个性化的诊疗提供参考。方法:从2010年1月-2019年1月新疆医科大学第五附属医院就诊的2000例患者中,收集74例正常牙合,从中随机选取40例(男20例,女20例),此方法包括40个软组织指标和5个硬组织指标,由笔者用Winceph9.0软件对头影测量片在不同时间进行定点测量3次取平均值,分别做新疆男女、新疆男性与广东男性、新疆女性与广东女性两独立样本的t检验。结果:新疆男女比较,新疆男性面轮廓大、面高度度指标大、面中部凹陷;与新疆男女比较,广东男女覆[牙合]、覆盖大、上唇突度大、唇间隙大,更倾向于凸面型。结论:应根据不同地区、不同性别的Arnett分析法的测量正常值制定诊疗计划,获得更好的正畸、正颌治疗效果。
Objective To establish the normal value of Arnett analysis for men and women in Xinjiang,and to compare the results with those of Arnett analysis for the normal occlusion population in Guangdong,so as to provide a reference for the individualized diagnosis and treatment of malocclusion.Methods From January 2010 to January 2019,74 cases of normal occlusion were collected from 2000 patients in the Fifth Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University,and 40 cases(20 males and 20 females)were randomly selected.This method includes 40 soft tissue indexes and 5 hard tissue indexes,the author uses winceph 9.0 software to measure the cephalometric fi lm three times at different time and take the average value,respectively,to do two independent samples t-test of Xinjiang men and women,Xinjiang men and Guangdong men,Xinjiang women and Guangdong women.Results Compared with men and women in Xinjiang,men in Xinjiang have larger facial contour,higher index of facial height and depressed mid facial;compared with men and women in Xinjiang,men and women in Guangdong have larger overbite,larger overjet,larger protrusion of upper lip and larger lip gap,and tend to be convex profi le.Conclusion The diagnosis and treatment plan should be made according to the normal values of Arnett analysis in different regions and genders,so as to obtain better orthodontics treatment,orthognathic surgery effect.
