基于文本分析的我国竞争情报学科人才培养现状及对策研究

Research on the Status Quo and Countermeasures of Talent Cultivation in China's Competitive Intelligence Discipline

[目的/意义]经济全球化进程中,竞争情报人才作用日益凸显。通过文本分析研究竞争情报学科人才培养现状和问题,观察学科人才培养在对象、历史、理论、需求和载体等方面的学科特性具有现实意义。[方法/过程]该文从竞争情报学科或研究方向设立情况、设立培养点方案以及竞争情报人才培养分析三个方面探讨竞争情报学科建设和人才培养现状并提出建议。[结果/结论]通过分析可以看出,人才培养体系与学科发展方向的日臻完善为竞争情报学科建设和人才培养互动发展奠定了基础和条件。但还存在人才培养的学科条件不充分和学科认同不广泛等问题。最后,提出了进一步增强竞争情报学科影响力,推进学科建设与人才培养互动发展的对策建议。

[Purpose/Significance]In the process of economic globalization,the role of competitive intelligence talents has become increasingly prominent.It is of practical significance to study the status quo and problems of the discipline of competitive intelligence from the perspective of talent cultivation,and to observe its subject characteristics such as objects,history,theory,needs,and carriers through text analysis.[Method/Process]This article discusses the status quo of competitive intelligence discipline construction and talent cultivation from three aspects:the establishment of competitive intelligence discipline or research directions,the establishment of training points,and the analysis of competitive intelligence talent cultivation.[Result/Conclusion]It can be seen from the analysis that the continuous improvement of the talent cultivation system and the development direction of the discipline has laid the foundation and conditions for the construction of the competitive intelligence discipline and the interactive development of talent cultivation.However,there are still problems such as inadequate subject conditions for talent cultivation and inadequate subject recognition.Finally,suggestions were made to further enhance the influence of competitive intelligence discipline and promote the interactive development of discipline construction and talent cultivation.
