个人信息保护政策网络评价的文本分析建模研究

A Text Analysis Modeling Research of Personal Information Protection Policy Opinion on Social Media

[目的/意义]随着信息技术的快速发展,网络在带给我们便利性的同时,也给个人信息保护带来了很多挑战,挖掘公众对个人信息保护相关政策的评价对于政府相关部门了解民意、确保政策顺利推行具有重要现实意义。[方法/过程]对个人信息保护政策社会化媒体用户评论文本数据进行了6个政策维度的划分,构建了用于辅助挖掘公众评价的政策评价词表,并利用深度学习模型实现了社会化媒体下公众对个人信息保护政策在不同政策维度的评价判别。[结果/结论]实验验证了本文构建的利用融合政策评价词特征的深度学习模型对于自动分析个人信息保护政策网民评价判别的有效性,且模型支持在政策内容、政策环境、政策宣传、政府信任多个维度上的评价分析。

[Purpose/Significance]With the rapid development of information technology,the Internet brings us convenience,however,it also brings many challenges to the personal information protection.It is of great practical significance for related government departments to mine public's opinion of personal information protection policies in order to ensure the smooth implementation of policies.[Method/Process]In this paper,we partition the public's opinion on personal information protection policies into six policy dimensions,and summarize policy-related opinion vocabulary.Utilizing deep learning techniques,we implement the public's opinion classification of personal information protection policies in multiple dimensions under social media.[Result/Conclusion]The results demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method of integrating opinion features with deep learning model for analysis of personal information protection policy opinion.In addition,it supports the multiple dimensions analysis on policy content,policy environment,policy promotion and government trust.
