摘要
对南宁市8条典型河流的生态水量下放及监测设施建设情况进行调查,发现部分水库、电站工程没有设置专门的生态水量放水设施,部分引水式电站通过拦河坝将来水量全部引走发电,造成坝下河段脱水严重;枯水期部分坝后式电站不发电或者分时段发电,下游河道减水严重,对下游生态环境造成一定的影响。
The ecological flow and monitoring facilities of eight typical rivers in Nanning City was investigated. Some reservoirs and hydropower stations have no special ecological water discharging facilities. Some diversion type hydropower stations utilize all inflow for power generation which cause the river section right downstream of main dam is seriously dry. Some hydropower station at dam toe do not generate electricity or operate in time-sharing mode during dry period which result in serious reduction of discharge into downstream river section as well as certain impact on the downstream ecological environment.
