摘要
分析了百色水利枢纽#3机组调速器存在的问题:电调柜为单通道、比例伺服阀门磨损、电子元件老化等,提出了实现基于HGS型调速器的改造原则和方案。改造后解决了调速器系统中存在的缺陷,提升了设备可靠性,调速器系统各项试验结果满足相关规范要求。
Analysis was made on the existing problems of No.3 Governor of Baise Multipurpose Dam Project, including the electrical control cabinet is of single channel, abrasion of proportional servo valve and aging electronic elements etc., based on which the upgrade principle and scheme based on HGS type governor are put forward. The defects of governor system are eliminated and the reliability of equipment is improved after the upgrade. The results of governor test satisfy the requirements of relevant specifications.
