摘要 介绍了广西水库下游预警系统建设的目标、系统的组成、系统建设涉及的预警设备布设的原则、设备数量、设备选型和技术要求以及与山洪灾害监测预警平台的预警联动等。论述了如何充分利用已建成或计划建设的水、雨情监测站点数据,同步共享实时降雨、水位等监测信息,科学配备预警设备。当水库泄洪、出险等让下游群众生命财产受威胁时,预警能及时发出并覆盖受威胁区域,提高针对水库下游的预警能力,最大限度减轻水库泄洪对下游的影响。 An introduction was made on the construction goal of early warning system for the areas downstream of reservoirs in Guangxi, the composition of system, the layout principles of involved equipment, the quantity of equipment, selection and technical requirements of equipment, linkage with the mountain flood disaster early warning platform. The author demonstrated how to make full use of the data from the water and rain monitoring stations completed or planned, synchronously share the real-time rainfall, water level and other monitoring information, scientifically select early warning equipment. When people’s lives and properties in the areas downstream of the reservoirs are threatened in case of flood discharging or reservoir in danger the early warning can be issued in time and cover the threatened area, so as to improve the early warning ability for the area downstream of the reservoir, and minimize the impact on the downstream area from reservoir flood discharging.
