摘要
介绍了钦州市小型水库管理工作的现状及存在的问题,提出了补短板强监管形势下规范水库管理的对策措施,保障小型水库的安全运行。
An introduction was made on the current status and existing problems of small reservoir management in Qinzhou City, based on which the author put forward the countermeasures for standardizing the reservoir management and ensuring safe operation of small reservoirs under the situation of improving the weak links and strengthening supervision.
