异构控制系统间数据传输方式简述与应用

Introduction and Application of Data Transmission Between Heterogeneous Control Systems

各类控制系统由于设计理念和设计方式的不同,往往很难实现无缝融合,工厂因为功能、目的的差异,不可避免地会采用不同的控制系统如DCS、SIS系统等,而各控制系统之间又往往要涉及到数据传输。针对异构系统之间的数据传输问题,本文提出了远程I/O、Modbus、Profibus_DP等方式,具体使用时应根据实际情况加以选择。

Due to different design concepts and design methods,various control systems are often difficult to achieve seamless integration.Due to differences in functions and purposes,factories will inevitably adopt different control systems,such as DCS,SIS,etc.,and data transmission is often involved between each control system.Aiming at the problem of data transmission between heterogeneous systems,this paper proposes remote I/O,Modbus,Profibus DP and other methods,which should be selected according to the actual situation.
