印尼芝拉扎三期百万机组协调控制系统的调试及优化

摘要 介绍了超超临界机组的动态特性和协调控制模型,针对印尼芝拉扎三期百万机组的设备特点,制定了合理的协调控制策略。指出锅炉主控是协调控制的核心,详述了其动、静态前馈逻辑构成;分析了主汽压全程控制的原理,对滑压曲线的工程整定进行了探讨;对超超临界锅炉控制的关键点-水煤比进行了定量分析,采用了煤、水复合控制方法;对锅炉动态加速信号的构成和参数设置原则进行了分析。将上述控制策略应用于协调控制的调试和优化工作中,取得了较好的效果,对同类型机组具有一定借鉴意义。 The dynamic characteristics and coordinated control model of the ultra supercritical unit are introduced.A reasonable control strategy is developed according to the characteristics of the million unit in the third phase of Cilacap,Indonesia.It is pointed out that the boiler master is the core of coordinated control,and its dynamic and static feedforward logic structure is described in detail;the engineering setting of sliding pressure curve is discussed;the key point of ultra supercritical boiler control,water coal ratio,is quantitatively analyzed,and a composite control method of coal and water is adopted;the composition and parameter setting principle of dynamic acceleration signal of boiler are discussed.The above control strategy has been applied,and achieved good results,which has certain reference significance for the same type of units.
