摘要
介绍了量块比较仪检定装置的传感器安装调整,上位机检定软件初始化校准和被测量块的日常检定操作。检定装置完全依据《JJG146-2011量块检定规程》,采用比较法实现标准量块和被测量块的计量操作,应用高位和低位两个量块的差值作为软件的初始化标准值(需通过检查校准),对被测量块进行智能化检定。操作者可以依照装置软件界面的圆盘指针和红点提示进行相应的测量操作,并将测量数据保存至用户自己设计的量块模板中,完成检定数据计算和结论判断。经应用测试,量块比较仪检定装置将机械、电气和软件有效地结合,集成应用实现了量块的长度自动化检定,提高了仪表检定的操作效率,保证了检定计量的准确性。
This paper introduces the sensor installation and adjustment of the calibration device of the measuring block comparator,the initial calibration of the upper computer's calibration software and the daily calibration of the measured block.According to jJG146-2011 Measurement Block Verification Regulations,the verification device adopts the comparison method to realize the measurement operation of the standard measurement block and the measured block,and USES the difference value of the high and low measurement blocks as the initial standard value of the software(which needs to be checked and calibrated)to carry out intelligent verification of the measured block.The operator can carry out the corresponding measurement operation according to the disk pointer and red dot prompt on the interface of the device software,and save the measurement data to the measurement block template designed by the user to complete the verification data calculation and conclusion judgment.Through the application test,the measuring block comparator verification device combines the mechanical,electrical and software effectively and integrates the application to realize the automatic measurement of measuring block length,improve the operational efficiency of instrument verification,and ensure the accuracy of measurement verification.
