摘要
为了探究造成碳氢树脂基板介电性能不稳定的原因,采用溶液共混法制备了聚1,2-丁二烯(1,2-PB)/苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯(SBS)/三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM)三元共混物。用DSC、凝胶含量测定和FT-IR对含有不同类型EPDM及BIPB用量的共混物的固化反应进行了研究。对共混物的介电性能进行了测试和分析。研究结果表明:不同种类的EPDM对三元共混物介电稳定性影响不大;BIPB含量为0.85 phr,三元共混物介电常数和介电损耗都非常不稳定,而增加BIPB用量,三元共混物介电稳定性增加。当BIPB用量增加到3.4 phr,f=10 GHz,1,2-PB/SBS/EPDM-1三元共混物的相对介电常数和介电损耗分别为2.42和0.0033,而且非常稳定。
To study the dielectric instability of hydrocarbon resin substrates,1,2-polybutadiene(1,2-PB)/styrene-butadiene-styrene triblock copolymer(SBS)/ethylene-propylene-diene monomer(EPDM)ternary blends was prepared by solution blending method.The curing reaction of blends containing different types of EPDM and amounts of BIPB was studied by DSC,gel content test and FT-IR.The dielectric properties of the blends were tested and studied.Results show that the type of EPDM has little effect on the dielectric stability of the ternary blends.When the BIPB content is 0.85 phr,the dielectric constant(ε′)and loss(ε″)of the ternary blends are very unstable,and the stability increases with the BIPB content.When the content of BIPB increases to 3.4 phr,theε′andε″of 1,2-PB/SBS/EPDM-1 ternary blends are 2.42 and 0.0033 at f=10 GHz respectively,which both have high stability.
