摘要
根据煤矿用户对支护装备故障的统计与反馈,当液压系统部分液压阀在低压状态下,出现慢泄漏现象的频次较高。为了适应煤矿井下对液压阀等元件的应急抢修,以确保工作面支护安全,设计一种体积小,便于地面和井下搬运、安装的检测设备。其中,在低压密封性能检测回路中溢流安全阀是其关键组成元件之一。分析现有的直动型溢流阀原理、结构,对其阀芯、阀座、阀体等进行创新性设计,使其在一定压力范围内保持良好的密封性。通过试验验证,溢流安全阀在2 MPa压力下密封可靠,达到矿用液压元件低压密封性能的检测标准。
According to the failure statistics and feedback of coal mine users on supporting equipment,when part of the hydraulic valve in the hydraulic system is under low pressure,the frequency of slow leakage is relatively high.In order to adapt to the emergency repair of hydraulic valve and other components in downhole,and to ensure the safety of working face support,a testing equipment with a small volume was designed,which was convenient for ground and downhole handling and installation.The overflow valve in the low pressure sealing performance test circuit was one of the key components.The principle and structure of the existing straight moving relief valve were analyzed,and the valve core,valve seat and valve body were innovatively designed to keep good sealing performance within a certain pressure range.The test results show that the sealing of the relief valve is reliable under the pressure of 2 MPa,it reaches the test standard of the low pressure sealing performance of mine hydraulic components.
