摘要 分析国内外武器装备维修现状,提出运用3D打印技术实现军工零件的快速维修。通过对结构、材料的双重拓扑优化,将组合件通过3D打印技术一体成型,省去了装配环节,节约成本、时间,达到轻量化的效果。结合战地抢修要求和3D打印技术工艺特点,为将3D打印技术应用在武器装备维修上提供了新思路。 By analyzing the current situation of the weapon equipment maintenance at home and abroad,3D printing technology was proposed to realize the rapid maintenance of military components.Through the dual topology optimization of structure and material,the composite parts were formed in one by using 3D printing technology,which saves the assembly link,saves the cost and time,and achieves the lightweight effect.Combined with the requirements of battlefield emergency repair and the characteristics of 3D printing technology,a new idea was provided for the application of 3D printing technology in the maintenance of the weapon equipment.
