摘要
本文全面地介绍了大宗淡水鱼近十年生产、加工、贸易及质量安全等方面的整体情况及取得的进展。分析评价了苗种繁育、饲料投喂、渔用药物、生物危害、养殖环境及加工流通等领域对淡水鱼质量安全的影响及存在的安全风险,提出了应进一步开展的研究工作及相关的建议。
The paper introduced the overall situation and progress of production,processing,trade and quality safety of freshwater fish in recent ten years.And it also analyzed and evaluated the influence of fry breeding,feed feeding,fishery drugs,biological hazards,breeding environment,processing and circulation on the quality and safety of freshwater fish as well as some existing risks,and put forward the further research work and relevant suggestions.
