双齿围沙蚕(Perinereis aibuhitensis)的生物扰动作用对沉积物中AVS分布的影响 被引量:1

摘要 通过室内微宇宙实验系统,进行60 d的扰动试验,研究了双齿围沙蚕(Perinereis aibuhitensis)的生物扰动对沉积物中酸可挥发性硫化物(AVS)分布的影响。结果显示,60 d后,生物扰动组(放入双齿围沙蚕)和对照组(未放双齿围沙蚕)沉积物的氧化还原电位均高于实验初始值,且生物扰动组沉积物的氧化还原电位显著高于对照组(P<0.05);生物扰动组和对照组沉积物中AVS含量的纵向分布为表层(0~5 cm)<中层(5~15 cm)<深层(15~25 cm),其中深层AVS含量显著高于表层和中层(P<0.05),且生物扰动组各层沉积物中AVS含量均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究表明,双齿围沙蚕的生物扰动增加了沉积物中的氧分布,提高了沉积物的氧化还原电位,从而促进了AVS的氧化,因此沉积物中AVS含量降低。本研究可为沉积物环境质量评价及改善提供参考。 The influence of bioturbation on the distribution of acid volatile sulfide(AVS)in sediment by polychaete Perinereis aibuhitensis was investigated through 60-day experiment.The study found that the oxidation-reduction potential of the sediment both in the bioturbation groups(with Perinereis aibuhitensis)and the control groups(without Perinereis aibuhitensis)were higher than the initial values after 60 days.The oxidation-reduction potential of the sediment in the bioturbation groups was significantly higher than that in the control groups(P<0.05).The AVS contents in the sediment in the bioturbation groups and the control groups were vertically distributed following the surface layer(0-5 cm)<middle layer(5-15 cm)<deep layer(15-25 cm).The AVS contents in the deep layer were significantly higher than those in the surface layer and middle layer(P<0.05).The AVS contents in each layer of sediment in the bioturbation groups were significantly lower than those in the control groups(P<0.05).It was indicated that the bioturbation of P.aibuhitensis increased the oxygen distribution in the sediment,and improved the oxidation-reduction potential of the sediment.Therefore,AVS content decreased under the bioturbation by P.aibuhitensis due to the oxidation.The research results could provide information for sediment environmental quality assessment and remediation.
