摘要
盘龙铅锌矿地表有高速公路和帷幕,为协调好资源集约化利用和安全开采两者的矛盾,基于安全开采深度理论圈定保安矿柱和确定最高回采标高;选择合理的充填采矿法,运用三维有限差分软件Flac 3D建立“三下”开采模型,对开采过程进行模拟仿真,分析开采后岩层移动变形,并根据相关规范来评判开采对高速公路和帷幕的安全影响。研究结果表明:较传统法,安全开采深度理论圈定保安矿柱可减少84.7%的矿量;在保证充填质量、合理开采顺序及回采速度的前提下,开采不会影响高速公路和帷幕的安全。
The surface of Panlong Lead-Zinc Mine has an express way and a curtain.Firstly,for the purpose of coordinating the contradiction between intensive utilization and safety mining of resources,safety mining depth theory was used to delineate the security pillar and determined the highest stoping elevation.Then,reasonable filling mining method was selected and Flac 3D software was used to build“three under”mining models and simulate the mining process.At last,strata movement and deformation after mining were analyzed and the safety impact of mining on expressway and curtain were evaluated according to relevant regulations.The research results show that safety mining depth theory method can release 84.7%resources quantity comparing with the traditional method,in the mainwhile,mining will not affect the safety of expressway and curtain on the premise of ensuring the filling quality,reasonable mining sequence and mining speed.
