葡萄园土壤养分变化特征对不同栽培年限的响应 被引量:6

摘要 【目的】了解宁夏贺兰山东麓栽培年限对酿酒葡萄园土壤养分特征变化规律的影响,为宁夏葡萄酒产业可持续发展提供依据。【方法】采集宁夏贺兰山东麓青铜峡市甘城子区统一种植的3、8和20年的葡萄园根际土壤和非根际土壤,测定不同栽培年限土壤肥力的变化特征。【结果】无论栽培年限,葡萄根际土壤的pH和电导率都大于非根际土壤。不同栽培年限下葡萄土壤全N、全K、有机碳和速效K呈现出先升高后降低的变化趋势,栽培8年时土壤全N、全K、有机碳和速效K平均含量最高;不同栽培年限下葡萄土壤碱解氮、速效P和全P随着栽培年限的增加,其含量逐渐增加。种植3年和种植20年之间,葡萄根际土壤和非根际土壤的微生物生物量C、N和P含量并无显著差异。【结论】随着栽培年限的增加,葡萄根际对土壤养分的富集作用越来越弱,但葡萄园土壤养分总体呈积累的变化趋势。 【Objective】The present paper aimed to understand the influence of planting years on the soil fertility characteristics of wine vineyards at the eastern foot of Helan mountain in Ningxia,and to provide a basis for the sustainable development of wine industry.【Method】vineyard rhizosphere soil and non-rhizosphere soil of 3 years,8 years and 20 years were collected from Ganchengzi district of Qingtongxia city at the eastern foot of Helan mountain in Ningxia,and soil fertility variation characteristics were measured.【Result】The pH value and electrical conductivity of grape rhizosphere soil were higher than that of non-rhizosphere soil regardless of the planting years.The total N,total K,organic carbon and available K in grape soil were increasing first and then decreasing under different planting years.The average content of total N,total K,organic carbon and available K were the highest at 8 years.The content of alkaline N,available P and total P in grape soil increased with the planting years.There was no significant difference in microbial biomass C,N and P in grape rhizosphere soil and non-rhizosphere soil between 3 years and 20 years.【Conclusion】With the increase of planting years,nutrient enrichment rate in root zone was weaker and weaker,but the soil fertility was accumulated in the vineyard with the planting years.
