急性冷应激对小鼠生理、生化指标的影响及麻黄汤的干预作用 被引量:5

Effects of Acute Cold Stress on Physiological and Biochemical Parameters in Mice and Intervention Function of Mahuang Decoction

摘要 【目的】旨在探讨急性冷应激对小鼠生理、生化指标的影响及麻黄汤对其产生的干预作用。【方法】试验选取36只昆明种小鼠,随机分为空白组、模型组和麻黄汤组,每组12只。在寒冷应激处理前先对麻黄汤组小鼠灌胃麻黄汤,空白组和模型组灌胃蒸馏水;试验结束时,采集各组小鼠血液和肝脏,检测血液生理、生化及肝组织抗氧化指标。【结果】与空白组相比,模型组小鼠血液RBC、HCT、HGB升高(P>0.05),WBC极显著降低(P<0.01),血清中AST、Glu、CK水平极显著升高(P<0.01),urea显著升高(P<0.05),肝组织中MDA极显著升高(P<0.01),SOD极显著降低(P<0.01);与模型组相比,给药组小鼠血液RBC、WBC升高(P>0.05),血清urea、Glu、CK极显著降低(P<0.01),AST、ALT水平降低,但无显著差异(P>0.05),肝组织SOD、GSH显著升高(P<0.05),MDA水平极显著降低(P<0.01)。【结论】麻黄汤能在一定程度上抵抗急性冷应激对小鼠生理生化指标的影响。 【Objective】The present study was conducted to investigate the effects of acute cold stress on physiological and biochemical Parameters of mice and the intervention function of Mahuang decoction.【Method】A tatal of 36 mice were randomly divided into control group,model group and Mahuang decoction group,12 mice in each group.Before the cold treatment,the mice of Mahuang decoction group were intragastrically administered with Mahuang decoction,the mice of the control and model groups were given distilled water.At the end of the experiment,blood and liver samples were collected to detect blood physiological,biochemical indexes and liver tissue antioxidant indexes.【Result】Compared with control group,the blood RBC,HCT and HGB counts of model group mice increased(P>0.05),WBC count decreased significantly(P<0.01).The serum AST,Glu and CK levels increased very significantly(P<0.01),and urea level increased significantly(P<0.05).The MDA level in liver tissues increased significantly(P<0.01),and SOD activity decreased significantly(P<0.01).Compared with model group,the blood RBC and WBC of Mahuang decoction group mice increased(P>0.05).The serum urea,Glu and CK levels decreased very significantly(P<0.01),AST and ALT levels decreased(P>0.05).The SOD activity and GSH level in liver tissues increased significantly(P<0.05),MDA level decreased significantly(P<0.01).【Conclusion】Mahuang decoction has protective effect for acute cold stress in mice.
