上海南北高架中兴路下匝道工程交通规划

Traffic Planning and Organization of the Zhongxing-road off-ramp of the Shanghai South-north Elevated Road

为配合北横通道天目路立交节点改造,保障施工期间火车站地区道路交通服务,建设中兴路下匝道工程。阐述中兴路下匝道工程的规划背景,区域道路交通状况和上海站相关快速路到发交通组织、区域路网规划和天目路立交改造方案;对下匝道交通需求及分布、功能定位和总体建设方案进行了分析和描述,重点就下匝道的建设对南北高架及周边路网的影响进行分析和评估;并结合区域交通状况,提出交通设施配套与管理建议。下匝道的建设可以进一步提升北广场区域可达性,均衡上海站南北广场交通出行。结合天目路立交节点改造工程,优化和提升了南北高架服务功能。

It is proposed to build the Zhongxing-road off-ramp in order to supporting the reconstruction of the Tianmu-road interchanges of the Sorth-nouth elevated road,which would ensure the direct traffic service in Shanghai Railway Station and surrounding area during the construction period.Planning background,regional traffic condition,traffic organization of expressway around Shanghai railway station,regional road network planning and reconstruction scheme of Tianmu-road interchange will be explained.Traffic demand and distribution,functional positioning,construction scheme of the off ramp will be analyzed.Meanwhile,its influence on the Sorth-nouth elevated road and surrounding road network will be analyzed and evaluated.Suggestions on supporting facilities and management would be put forward according to the regional traffic situation.The off-ramp can improve the regional accessibility and balance the traffic of the north and south squares of Shanghai Railway Station.Combined with Tianmu-road interchange reconstruction,function of the Sorth-nouth elevated road will be improved.
