摘要
为了应对即将到来的L3级及以上的高等级自动驾驶汽车规模化应用时代,基于自动驾驶与人工驾驶机理的差异性,围绕无人驾驶出租汽车、低速接驳公交以及私人小汽车特定功能等自动驾驶典型应用场景,推测了自动驾驶技术应用对居民未来出行的潜在影响,并从城市道路基础设施规划、道路路权分配以及交通设施标志标线设计管理三个方面出发,总结了自动驾驶汽车规模化运营后城市道路交通规划与基础设施设计面临的问题与挑战,提出了服务于高等级自动驾驶汽车的道路交通系统规划、设计有待研究的方向与建议。
In order to prepare for the foreseeable commercial application of high level autonomous car and to give some advices to how to figure out city's new assignment in transportation system planning and design before the commercial application,this article summaries the problems and challenges the city might face during the process of fundamental facilities planning,right of way distribution and traffic signs and markings management based on the different driving mechanism between human and automation,the three typical application scenarios as robot taxi,low-speed shuttle bus and specific function for private cars,and the influence to the residents'trip mode caused by autonomous cars.
