离岛城市客运枢纽功能分析与实施策略

Function Analysis and Implementation Strategy of Passenger Transport Hubs in Outlying Islands

为了进一步缓解旺季旅游城市客运交通压力过大的问题,兼顾本地居民出行需求与外来游客旅游交通需求,保障旅游交通品质,针对离岛类型旅游城市的客运枢纽进行了功能分析与实施策略探讨。以浙江省嵊泗本岛为例,针对其对外交通仅依靠水路交通的离岛交通特点,通过梳理现状客运枢纽布局及功能,分析交通出行需求特征,提出其客运枢纽布局原则及规划设想,同时对停保场、管理和调度、安检等客运交通要素布设提出设想,以更好发挥客运交通系统效能,最后提出符合嵊泗本岛发展的客运交通实施策略。

In order to further alleviate the problem of excessive passenger transportation pressure in tourist cities during tourism season,while taking into account the travel needs of local residents and the tourist transport needs of foreign tourists to ensure the quality of tourist traffic,the passenger hubs of outlying island cities were analyzed for functions and implementation strategies.Taking Shengsi Island in Zhejiang Province as an example,according to the characteristics of outlying islands whose external traffic relies only on waterway traffic,by combing the current passenger hub layout and analysis of travel demand characteristics,the principles and assumptions of its passenger hub layout are put forward.The layout of passenger transportation elements such as depot,management and dispatch and security inspection was put forward to make better use of the efficiency of the passenger transportation system.Finally,a passenger transportation implementation strategy in accordance with the development of Shengsi Island was put forward.
