摘要
为进一步贯彻实施上海“公交优先”战略,改善中心城区公交客运走廊重复线路多,运行效率和服务水平不高以及地铁和地面公交比例严重失衡等问题,开展了中心城第一条中运量线路的研究和设计工作。首先,通过对公交客流走廊的研判,客流量预测和选线分析,确定了首条中运量线路的走向及车站点位;再次,经过对现有道路条件的梳理,提出断面布置和交叉口及重要节点优化方案,根据线路流量的分步和运营要求,提出切实可行的运营组织方案;最后,对常规公交线路进行优化和归并,最大限度提升专用道的运营效率。通过将总体设计内容进行回顾和梳理,以供在今后上海的城市公交建设中得以借鉴与提升。
For the implementation of public transportation priority policy,the first Medium-Capacity central bus lane route work was studied and designed on the base of downtown medium-capacity bus lane network master plan by the transportation authority.Yan-An Road Medium capacity Traffic System which is not only the main public transportation corridor but the vacant space in urban metro network,has vast condition of passenger flow in the network.Such project was strongly supported technically by the means of passenger flow forecast,route selection,system designing and organization optimization.It was finally concluded an enforceable scheme by detailed information and present infrastructure research and optimization.Such paper reviews and sorts out the contents of the overall design aiming to getting experience and improvement of the future urban public transport construction in Shanghai.
