城市慢行交通系统是城市交通系统的重要组成部分,慢行交通系统在城市中的作用更是被提高到对城市生活品质至关重要的高度。黄浦江通过两岸滨江贯通大大提升了其慢行环境,然而两岸慢行道无法直接沟通,缺乏两岸互动。通过对黄浦江越江设施现状进行分析,对慢行越江通道建设的必要性进行阐述,然后根据后滩地区世博文化公园相关越江与道路研究,确定慢行越江沟通选址建议,提出慢行越江工程总体方案。

The urban slow traffic system is an important part of the urban traffic.The role of the slow traffic system in the city has been improved to a height that is crucial to the quality of urban life.The Huangpu River has greatly improved its slow-moving environment through the cross-strait riverside connection.However,the slow-walk on both sides of the strait cannot communicate directly and lacks cross-strait interaction.This article analyzes the current situation of the Huangpu River crossing facilities,it explains the necessity of the construction of the slow-moving cross-river channel;then,based on the relevant cross-river and road studies of the Expo Cultural Park in the Houtan area,the recommendations for the slowmoving cross-river communication site selection are determinedy,put forward the overall plan of the slow-moving river crossing project.
