The Research on the Urban's Characteristics of Job-housing Balance Based on Internet-location Data

基于居住与就业独立性类型理论,对城市进行基于街道层级的职住独立性类型研究,并辅以各街道人口密度、内外通勤比例、通勤OD期望线等信息,旨在研究城市通勤的空间特征关系,揭示识别职住特征分区、判断职住平衡关系的基础方法,为构建城市生活圈,提升居民出行幸福度提供支持。以北京市、成都市、郑州市和西安市的实例分析进行研究,通过上述通勤指标与数据,识别就业中心、大型居住区和外围大型产业园和其职住关系,为解读城市特征提供实证素材。

Based on the theory of independent job-housing type,this paper studies the type of independence of job-housing type based on the street level in cities,supplemented by the information of population density,the proportion of internal and external commuting,and the OD expectation line of commuting.This paper aims to study spatial characteristics of commuting in cities and reveal the basic methods of identifying function areas,measuring the degree of job-housing balance,ultimately building a city life circle and improve residents'living happiness from commuting aspect.According to the case studies of Beijing,Chengdu,Zhengzhou and Xi'an,this paper helps to identify the employment centers,large residential centers and surrounding large industrial parks as well as the relationship between occupation and residence,in order to provide conditions and basis for more detailed and specific interpretation of urban characteristics,even economic,cultural and life.
