高次曲线组合型线涡旋盘性能研究

摘要 涡旋压缩机常见的高次曲线组合型线有圆渐开线-高次曲线-圆弧(IHC)型线和圆渐开线-高次曲线-圆渐开线(IHI)型线。为了定量比较这两种常见高次曲线组合型线涡旋盘的性能,确认组合型线相比单一型线的优势,建立等圆渐开线型线涡旋盘模型、IHC型线涡旋盘模型和IHI型线涡旋盘模型,在相同尺寸和相同压缩比的情况下计算三种涡旋盘的吸气和排气容积、压缩比、气体力。研究结果表明:尺寸相同的情况下,IHC型线涡旋盘吸气容积、排气容积、压缩比比IHI型线涡旋盘依次大14.42%、9.28%、5.57%,且比圆渐开线型线涡旋盘依次大45.98%、27.46%、17.42%;压缩比相同的情况下,IHC型线涡旋盘的受力最小,型线圈数比圆渐开线型线涡旋盘少1.14圈,比IHI型线涡旋盘少0.4圈。通过对比研究,确认IHC型线更适合用做涡旋盘型线,为涡旋压缩机的设计提供了理论支持。 The common higher order curve combined profiles of the scroll compressor are IHC profile and IHI profile.In order to quantitatively compare the performance of these two common higher order curve combined scroll profiles,and to confirm the advantages of the combined profile over a monotype profile,the circular involute profile scroll model,the IHC profile scroll model and the IHI profile scroll model were built to calculate the suction and exhaust volume,compression ratio,and gas force of the three scrolls under the same size and the same compression ratio.The research results show that under the same size,the suction volume,exhaust volume,and compression ratio of the IHC profile scroll are 14.42%,9.28%and 5.57%larger than those of the IHI profile scroll,and it is 45.98%,27.46%and 17.42%larger than the circular involute profile scroll in turn.When the compression ratio is the same,the IHC profile scroll has the smallest stress,and the number of profiles is 1.14 turns less than that of the circular involute profile scroll,and 0.4 turn less than that of the IHI profile scroll.Through comparative studies,it is confirmed that the IHC profile is more suitable to be taken as a scroll profile,which provides theoretical support for the design of the scroll compressor.
