摘要
空调压缩机在生产过程中,会出现压缩机泵体内部焊接放电现象,可能导致压缩机整机失效。针对这一问题,分析了压缩机泵体内部焊接放电的原理,提出了正确的焊接起弧电流流向。为避免压缩机泵体内部焊接放电,采用连接铜管凸点法和壳体表面引弧法这两种对策,取得了良好的效果。
During the production process of the air-conditioning compressor,welding discharge inside the compressor pump body may occur,which may cause the compressor to fail.To solve this problem,the principle of welding discharge inside the compressor pump body was analyzed,and the correct flow direction of welding arc current was proposed.In order to avoid welding discharge inside the compressor pump body,two countermeasures,i.e.connecting the salient point of the copper tube and inciting the arc at the housing surface,were adopted,and good results had been achieved.
