摘要
反射器组件是机械可动天线的重要组成部分,为了保证天线的装配精度和电气性能,需要对反射器组件进行装配校准。在分析反射器组件结构与装配校准精度要求的基础上,提出结构优化与采用工装法两种提高反射器组件装配校准效率的方法,对这两种方法分别进行了详细介绍。
The reflector module is an important part of the mechanical movable antenna.In order to ensure the assembly accuracy and electric performance of the antenna,the reflector module needs to be assembled and calibrated.Based on the requirements analysis on structure and assembly&calibration accuracy of the reflector module,structural optimization and tooling are two methods for improving the efficiency for assembly and calibration of the reflector module.These two methods were introduced in detail.
