The policy background of the pricing issue of the conversion transaction of scientific and technological achievements of the state-owned equipment manufacturing enterprise was introduced,its current situation was analyzed with a case study on a state-owned facility group company and its general research institute.On the basis of analysis,countermeasures and suggestions were put forward on the pricing issue of the conversion transaction of scientific and technological achievements of the state-owned equipment manufacturing enterprise from five aspects to urge the conversion process of scientific and technological achievements of the state-owned enterprise.
