摘要
针对中国石油化工股份有限公司镇海炼化分公司烯烃部BA109炉的生产现状、存在的问题和需求,模拟并实现了工业裂解炉自动投料专家控制系统。详细描述了工业裂解炉自动投料专家控制系统的系统结构、控制策略和控制方案。同时针对烯烃部的BA109炉自动投料需求,模拟并实现了自动投料专家控制软件。
Considering the feeding operation of BA109 furnace at olefin section in Sinopec Zhenhai Refining & Chemical Company and existing problems and requirements there, an expert control system was developed and simulated for the auto-feeding process of industrial cracking furnace, including the detailed description of the system’s structure, control strategy and control scheme;meanwhile, aiming at BA109 furnace’s requirements for the auto-feeding process, an expert control software was simulated.
