成人低角型骨性Ⅱ类下前牙区牙槽骨形态特征的CBCT研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的通过CBCT对成人低角型骨性Ⅱ类错(牙合)下前牙牙槽骨形态结构进行分析,探讨其与下切牙唇倾度之间的相关性,为临床治疗提供参考。方法选取60例成人低角型骨性Ⅱ类患者为实验组,20例错(牙合)个别正常(牙合)为对照组。经拍摄CBCT对下前牙牙槽骨形态特征进行对比分析。结果实验组下切牙根尖牙槽骨唇侧厚度、总厚度小于对照组,高度均大于对照组(P<0.05)。下切牙唇倾度与唇侧根尖牙槽骨厚度、唇侧牙槽嵴顶与釉牙骨质界间的距离呈正相关,与根尖处牙槽骨总厚度呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论成人低角型骨性Ⅱ类错(牙合)下前牙牙槽骨厚度低于个别正常(牙合),高度大于个别正常(牙合)。成人低角型骨性Ⅱ类错(牙合)下切牙牙槽骨厚度和高度与下切牙唇倾度之间存在显著相关性;下尖牙牙槽骨厚度和高度与下切牙唇倾度之间无明显相关性。 %Objective To study the alveolar bone morphology in the mandibular anterior teeth area of the lowangle skeletal ClassⅡmalocclusion subjects,and analysis the correlation between morphological features and the incisor labial inclination.Methods 60 adults with low-angle skeletal ClassⅡmalocclusion(Experimental group)and 20 adults with normal occlusion(Control group)were included.The mandibular alveolar bone structure of the anterior teeth were observed using CBCT.Results The thickness of the mandibular anterior labial and total alveolar bone in experimental group were lower than those in control group,but the height were more(P<0.05).There was a positive correlation between the thickness of labial apical alveolar bone and the incisor labial inclination,but the correlation of the thickness of total apical alveolar bone was negative.The distance between the labial alveolar ridge crest and cemento-enamel junction(CEJ)also had a positive correlation with the incisor labial inclination(P<0.05).Conclusion The thickness of the mandibular anterior alveolar bone of low-angle skeletal ClassⅡmalocclusion were lower than those of the normal teeth,but the height were more.There was a significant correlation between the thickness and height of the alveolar bone in lower incisor area and the incisor labial inclination.There was no significant correlation in lower canines.
