机用镍钛器械循环疲劳抗性的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 临床使用镍钛旋转器械可能遇到主要问题是扭转或循环疲劳引起的器械分离。由循环疲劳引起的器械分离是指由于器械在根管旋转中在根管最大弯曲处发生的折断[1,2]。疲劳折断通常是在器械没有明显的永久性变形的情况下出现的,被认为是器械分离的一个重要的因素。影响器械抗疲劳性能的因素主要包括器械的自身因素和外部因素等。
