摘要
以硫酸铝、氟硅酸镁和氧化锌为原材料,在稀硫酸作用下合成一种液体无碱速凝剂母液。研究了含氮配体对液体无碱速凝剂水泥净浆凝结时间、稳定性的影响,着重研究了β-二酮亚胺配体对液体无减速凝剂性能的影响。结果表明,当β-二酮亚胺配体用量为液体无碱速凝剂质量的2.0%时,合成的新型无碱速凝剂呈白色乳状,能极大地促进水泥水化,缩短水泥净浆的凝结时间,提高水泥砂浆的抗压强度。SEM及TEM分析表明,β-二酮亚胺配体合成的液体无碱速凝剂能增强水泥砂浆试件的密实度。
In this paper,aluminum sulfate,magnesium fluorosilicate and lithium oxide are used as raw materials to synthesize a kind of white liquid alkali-free accelerator mother liquid under the action of dilute sulfuric acid.The effects of nitrogen-containing ligands on the setting time and stability of the liquid alkali-free accelerator in cement slurry were studied.The effects ofβ-diketoimide ligands on the performance of liquid alkali-free accelerators were studied.It was found that when the amount ofβ-diketoimide ligand was 2.0%of the total amount of liquid alkali-free accelerators,the new alkali-free raccelerator was white emulsion,which could greatly promote cement hydration,shorten setting time in cement slurry and improve the compressive strength of cement mortar.In the end,SEM and TEM analysis showed that the liquid alkali-free accelerator synthesized byβ-diketoimide ligand can enhance the compactness of the mortar sample.
