Discussion on the Path of Logistics Management in E-Commerce Environment

电子商务的迅猛发展为物流管理创造了广阔的生存和发展空间,促使物流管理朝着信息化、自动化、服务化的方向全面迈进,物流企业的管理服务能力有了大幅度的提升。然而在当前的物流管理工作中仍然存在一些问题,例如,基础设施落后、管理制度不健全、信息化程度不高、管理人才匮乏等。论文针对上述问题提出了行之有效的改革和创新路径,希望能够增强物流管理的实效性,促使物流企业在电子商务环境下获得更为丰厚的效益回报,保持迅猛发展态势。

The rapid development of e-commerce has created a broad space for the survival and development of logistics management,which makes logistics management move towards the direction of informatization,automation and service in a comprehensive manner,and the management and service ability of logistics enterprises has been greatly improved.However,there are still some problems existing in the current logistics management,such as backward infrastructure,imperfect management system,low level of informatization,lack of management personnel,etc.In view of the above problems,the paper puts forward effective reform and innovation path,hoping to enhance the effectiveness of logistics management,promote logistics enterprises to obtain more substantial benefits and returns in e-commerce environment,so that they maintain a rapid development trend.
