随着我国宏观经济发展步入新常态,钢材深加工行业中的金属制品加工企业实现规模增长的空间有限,对挖掘内部潜力、提升效率的内生型增长需求也越来越强烈。对标管理的应用为金属制品加工企业的发展提供了新的路径。论文以S金属制品公司应用对标管理的实践过程进行回顾性分析,通过对成本对标管理的氛围营造、指标体系构建和持续性改进的经验进行分析,为企业和其他同类型企业的可持续性发展,提供可供参考的思路建议。

As China's macroeconomic development enters the new normal,metal products processing enterprises in the steel deep processing industry have limited space to achieve scale growth,and the demand for endogenous growth to tap internal potential and improve efficiency is also increasingly strong.The application of benchmarking management provides a new path for the development of metal products processing enterprises.Based on the retrospective analysis of the practice process of applying benchmarking management in S Metal Products Company,this paper analyzes the experience of creating the atmosphere of cost benchmarking management,building standard index system and continuous improvement,and provides some ideas and suggestions for the sustainable development of enterprises and other similar enterprises.
