思想政治工作是我国企事业单位管理工作中的重要组成部分。在进行思想政治工作的过程中,科学的工作方法和工作途径能够促使思想政治工作达到事半功倍的效果。在具体进行思想政治工作的过程中,我国一些基层企事业单位还存在一些问题,导致针对基层员工的思想政治工作无法发挥应有的作用。正是基于这一背景,论文针对基层员工思想政治工作的开展方法和途径进行深入研究。在具体内容方面,论文研究的内容主要包括当前我国基层员工思想政治工作存在的不足、强化基层员工思想政治工作的方法和途径两个方面。

Ideological and political work is an important part of the management of enterprises and institutions in China.In the process of ideological and political work,scientific working methods and approaches can make ideological and political work achieve twice the result with half the effort.In the specific process of carrying out ideological and political work,there are still some problems existing in some grassroots enterprises and institutions in China,leading to the ideological and political work for grassroots employees cannot play its due role.Based on this background,this paper conducts an in-depth study on the methods and approaches of carrying out ideological and political work for grassroots employees.In terms of specific content,the content of this study mainly includes the deficiency of the ideological and political work of grassroots employees in China and the methods and approaches to strengthen the ideological and political work of grassroots employees.
